Zomgs, a newbie Tuesday about HOTS! Just finished the 1st part and felt improvised. On the 1st part our god Day[9] showed how reacting wrongly to unraveled weakness can end up badly. Seems that you need to be familiar with your own build and the quality of your opponents weakness. While the latter remained a bit unclear for me, the former stroked me.
Reacting with your build:
1) Your strategy is defined by your buildings
2) You aim to produce the desired buildings as fast as possible
3) The speed you can build your buildings is slowed down by how much you make defending units
--> if you opponent does not have string force many units you can cut your defending units
--> if you weaken your opponents economy you need to be able to have better economy
