1. The thing about GROWING is that it most often HURTS. The thing about us is that we can choose to ignore the pain.

2. There is no way around HARD WORK, every genious knows this.

3. As you lose: the opponent simply won because they played better than you in a critical situation. Identify this situation, learn from it.

4. State you GOALS, write them down even: What is your concrete goal? How do you PLAN to get there? How are you going to measure your PROGRESS?
